The existing admin portal was functional but lacked an intuitive design, making it cumbersome for administrators to manage both candidate and company operations efficiently.
The challenge was to create a user-friendly and visually appealing interface that would enhance productivity, data navigation efficiency, and maintain design consistency with the Company's Design Language System(DLS).

Conducted user interviews , surveys with HRs, and analyzed the admin Workspace to understand the pain points and user needs. Brainstormed with the design and product management team in order to turn pain points to features.

User requirement meeting was scheduled as a part of the design process in order to understand the major problems and challenges faced by the admin users.
Interviews were conducted for each users , which helped to get personalized inputs, pain points and frustrations instead of generalized opinion.
Based on the inputs from the user perspective, an empathy map was drafted to organize and find the common problems & themes in order to ideate

For the most part since I went about testing my wireframes rigorously I managed to pick up lots of problems from the users early on in the study- this allowed the hi fid phase to run more smoothly

In rescheduling , it was advised to have search section in the dropdown to search the interviewer with the tags based on their rank.
Slot times can be selected from a dropdown instead of slot tags of each time which take up more space
Needed a request availability option to request interviewer a particular slot time if it's not available

Requirement of the request availability option led to the iteration of the side bar window which deals with the rescheduling process, where the view of slot time is changed from tag view to dropdown which reduces space followed by adding a request availability text button along with slot times.
